Jeanette is the heart and soul behind Mayken™ Hazmat Solutions. As an owner, and manager, she is constantly automating and streamlining new strategies in the office and field-level operations. On top of the strategic development, she applies her training and experience in all aspects of overall business, which allows her to wear many hats giving her various chief responsibilities. Jeanette’s entrepreneurial background and her vast array of skills in accounting, professionalism in sales, passion in being creative and her practical approach to organize; whether it be a client’s home or production in the workplace, gives her the ambition and focus to help others work towards a cleaner and safer environment. Jeanette also finds the time to be Mayken’s™ main point of contact for exceptional customer service and building strong professional relationships. When needed, she suits up, and helps on job sites encountering first-hand hazardous situations. Her specialty is acting as a liaison with any client who struggles with hoarding behaviors. She is an active member of BBB, CRRA, AASP and CCC. Jeanette was formerly board of director and treasurer of Chestermere Chambers. She continues to participate in committees and remains treasurer for a small non-for-profit organization.

My family and I were faced with an overwhelming situation, after a family member passed away in their home. There were biomedical issues, as well as A LOT of general clutter/food/dirt. Dean and his team came in and, within two days, had the house restored to state where we can now comfortably deal with the rest of the sorting through of personal belongings. We are so very grateful for this amazing help during a very difficult time!
If I could give 10 stars I would! We required Mayken to assist us in cleaning and restoring our rental property that was destroyed. Not only were they timely, professional and friendly but at no point did I ever feel unimportant or ripped off in any way. I can’t divulge too much only to say that I didn’t hire them directly, but they looked after a Fentanyl contamination clean up, and they did a fantastic job with communication, and actually invoiced less than their estimate amount (not lots, but some – impressive nonetheless). Thanks, Dean!
So, I had an identifiable and offensive smell in my sons bedroom….we tried everything to get rid of it. At my wits end I contacted MayKen in the hopes that they may know how I can deal with this “smell”. Jeanette was amazing and thorough and made an appointment for Dean to come out and see what could be done. He showed up and told me that there was a very good chance that using an Ozone treatment is our best bet. A few hours later, voila!!! NO SMELL!!! And this was only one bedroom! Imagine a whole house offensive smell free! Highly recommended! A+++++
