Fentanyl, Meth and Illicit Drug Lab Cleanup Services
A Hazardous and Toxic Environment
Mayken was contracted to clean up the very first Fentanyl lab busted in Alberta back in 2016. During that time, we began working closely with Alberta Health Services (AHS) to develop a process to safely clean up fentanyl contaminated sites. Since then, we have remediated many labs and we are confident that our process used will comply with the new guidelines that are soon to be set in place.
Fentanyl, Meth and Illicit Drug Lab cleanup requirements are becoming more commons as drug labs are being found in homes across the country, creating a toxic and hazardous environment. Associated costs for clean-up and decontaminating then becomes the responsibility of the property owner!
In the case of Fentanyl labs, it is so highly toxic to anyone who encounters it that there are very specific drug lab cleanup requirements if Fentanyl is detected. That’s why it’s important to hire a licensed, insured and certified hazmat technician to provide drug lab cleanup and decontamination.
Mayken is licensed and insured and has a Certificate of Recognition, that ensures all workplace safety policies are in place with OH&S as well as, WCB and BBB (A+ rating).
